Ingredients:

-Ground beef, turkey or chicken (1 pound) -Onion (1/2 cup chopped) -Garlic (1 clove minced) -Green bell pepper (1/2 cup chopped) -Tomato sauce (8 ounces) - diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (10 ounces) -Enchilada sauce (10 ounces) -Taco seasoning mix (1 packet OR 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder) -Shredded cheese (1 cup total; use a variety of Mexican cheeses like queso blanco, fresco or panela OR Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blends) -Old El Paso™ Soft Tortillas for tacos OR Old El Paso™ Stand 'N Stuff™ soft tacos shells (6 count) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned; drain. Stir in bell pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with green chilies, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning mix. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Bake for 20 minutes. If using Old El Paso™ Soft Tortillas for tacos: Soften tortillas according to package directions. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla; fold up and place on serving plates. If using Old El Paso™ Stand 'N Stuff™ soft tacos shells: Spoon beef mixture evenly into each shell. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
