  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken breasts. 3. Pour chicken broth over vegetable mixture. 4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. 5. About 30 minutes before serving the dish, remove the lid of the slow cooker and turn the heat up to HIGH. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker. Add cream cheese cubes and hot sauce (if using). Stir until cream cheese is melted and all ingredients are well combined. 6.
